Irancy AC [ee-rahn-SEE]
A tiny French appellation located around the village of Irancy in northern Burgundy just southwest of Chablis. Irancy makes red and rosé wines using mainly Pinot Noir grapes blended with a small amount of two local varieties, César and Tressot. The wines are generally pleasant, light, and delicate.
