The nose starts out toying with me - ripe banana peels with hints of pineapple and sprite (?). I love the tropical-ness it offers, not at all like most Sauvignon Blancs I've encountered. I think it's crisp citrus flavors and nice acidity would make it a great wine to pair with food. The texture and mouth feel is incredible and yet it finishes with the oddest bit of club soda. I think I like it! Quit monkeying around and try it out!
