I love this food friendly Chardonnay! On the nose it reminds me of Poppy Cock - the better version of Fiddle Faddle. . . caramel corn and nuts! With a hint of buttery goodness. The mouth feel is extremely well rounded and drops notes of apple on your tongue as it dances its way down. I found this to pair really well along side seafood. Try a shrimp scampi with linguine or lobsters fresh off the grill. You'll be most pleasantly surprised.
