A crisp and clean med-dry (halbtrocken) Riesling with good acidity. Grapefruit notes on the forefront with citrus flavors lingering on the finish. Fermented with German style Steinberger yeast. 10-grams/ liter residual sugar. Harvested 11/12/08 with 21 Brix of sugar.

We are excited about this wine! off dry. heavy citric mango nose. Snappy finish. Picked late (10/28/2007) with 23.5 Brix of sugar on harvest day. 2 percent residual sugar in the bottle.
