Please Select your Ship-to State
Wine shipping laws in the United States are very complicated and unique to each and every state.
Select your ship-to state to be shown only wines and wineries that can ship their product to your state.
Learn more about shipping laws
Unfortunately if you are unable to receive a wine from a particular winery this means that this winery’s
state or the state you reside in has strict wine shipping laws and the winery is either ineligible to ship, or
the cost of the license to ship to your particular state is out of their price range. AmericanWinery.com
strongly encourages you to write your state legislators if you are in a state that doesn’t allow
wineries to sell their products directly to you. Although the laws are becoming more fair, wholesaler
middlemen are aggressively supporting state-sanctioned monopolies in wine distribution. This is unfair to you,
the consumer, and our participating wineries. We encourage you to check out our friends at
FreeTheGrapes.org
where they are leading the way to make sure American winery businesses are able to do free and fair commerce.
