It has a lovely grapefruit and kiwi nose, hinting at citrus and melon nuances. It is wonderfully full and round in the mouth with a creaminess not often found in your typical Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is excellent with a wide variety of foods, ranging from spicy Asian to seafood to pasta. Also lovely as an aperitif.

Vintage Notes
Picked early in the morning with the cooling of the fog still lingering in the valley. The fruit was hand harvested and whole cluster pressed to retain the authenticity of the grape. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and new French oak for approximately 6 months.
