Red Table Wine (Red)

$8.99/bottle

Red Flyer represents an emerging new genre of wines that I am referring to as "entertainment wines." These wines offer exceptional value and serve as the centerpiece of any dining experience. The fanciful themed label was designed to replicate old sci-fi movie posters, specifically "War of the Worlds" and is meant to spark conversation, bring a smile to the face and laughter to the heart. This secret blend of Syrah, Mouvedre, Grenache, Carignan, and clone X is blended in the tradition of the French Rhone wines. clone X, the secret ingredient, was smuggled from outer space in the hyperbolic chamber of one of the forward thinking grays.

Good character and very well-rounded...

The nose is instantly picking up some candied fruit action. I'm stoked... 'fruity to the max' wines aren't normally my thing but this has already intrigued me with it's saturated delivery. When tasting, the fruitiness gives way to a little hint of cough drop, maybe a pinch of licorice and plum. As… (view more)

WOW, Big Deal Right Here

This wine is money baby! Seek it out and buy, buy, buy. Best value out there! The nose is like a $90 cab and the flavor is up there, way up. Im glad I have two more bottles of this. I of course would not try to cellar this wine, it is just a good table wine through and through, very easy drinking.
