This wine is a special thing... individually numbered and hand labeled, its like unwrapping the Christmas present you saved for last. In fact, this wine is a little bit like Christmas! Give it some air
I found this wine improve dramatically with some decanting. Chewy, complex flavors. Give it some time in the bottle yet and have it with some rich food. Very nice boutique hand made style wine.
Solid and Well Rounded With Wonderful Flavors
This wine was an office favorite at AmericanWinery.com. The presence made by the Petit Verdot, Malbec, and my favorite "worker grape" Cab Franc exposes nice layers to unravel at the mid-palate. Under fifty cases produced, layers of fruit and sweet spices, I'm sold and you should be as well!

The bigger they are, the harder I fall. The blood red color and great gams on this 2004 Claret get me excited immediately.
