Here's a twist on the classic Sauvignon Blanc, with a grapefruit-passionfruit nose, but accompanied by just a touch of cream (yes cream, but not butter!). In the mouth, its crisp acidity is balanced by again an ever so slight touch of cream (and again, not buttery). Fermented in 3-4 year old near-neutral barrels to cut down on the sharp acidity and soften the texture, without adding the taste of oak to the wine.

...I left a bag of pineapple in my car during a hot summer day. This wine tastes EXACTLY like my car smelled after 7 hours of steeping hot pineapple. Monkey Business
The nose starts out toying with me - ripe banana peels with hints of pineapple and sprite (?). I love the tropical-ness it offers, not at all like most Sauvignon Blancs I've encountered.
