Here's a twist on the classic Sauvignon Blanc, with a grapefruit-passionfruit nose, but accompanied by just a touch of cream (yes cream, but not butter!). In the mouth, its crisp acidity is balanced by again an ever so slight touch of cream (and again, not buttery). Fermented in 3-4 year old near-neutral barrels to cut down on the sharp acidity and soften the texture, without adding the taste of oak to the wine.
