No apologies

This Syrah is in your face and certainly not shy! The nose is salty bacon and fresh blood aromas. I'm a little taken aback, but not in a bad way somehow! A Syrah you can drink with a steak!

I love this wine for that fact that is full of complexities as well as the fact that it carries flavors that are unique and very attractive. I found chocolate, and the mouth feel was very pleasant. I highly recommend.

Where's the Beef?

Look no further, it's in here. The nose speaks of a NY Strip steak with red and green peppercorns. I love the meaty and peppery aromas that are followed by the scent of rosemary. Who needs dinner? BEEFCAKE!!!
