Aromas of cherry cola and vanilla-cherry wax are framed by sweet oak and a hint of white pepper. As the wine opens, bright, ripe Bing cherry grabs the aromatic reigns. This wine exhibits a good amount of weight in the mouth with flavors of crushed dried strawberries, subtle peppercorn and cherry pie. As with our previous Zinfandels, this wine will pair very well with food, especially meats prepared on the barbecue!
