Fermentation Notes
Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and fermented on the skins to extract color and flavor. The wine was then pressed and allowed to finish fermentation in barrel to enhance fruit characteristics. The wine matured in a mixture of new and neutral American Oak barrels sourced from Minnesota and Virginia.
