This wine is intriguing from start to spicy finish. I'd love to taste this wine with a spicy spaghetti dish - but alas, it was in a tasting. What can you do but dive in? Hot Stuff
To me this is a very unique and interesting Cabernet. I was under the impression that it was 100% Cab Sauv, but I'm now thinking it might be a blend of Cab Franc as well. So vegetal to me, green peppers and jalapenos dance in your nose. On the palate it screams of hazelnuts and hot pepper jelly. What a find!
