Winemaker’s Tasting Notes
Dollcetto, one of three classic varietals grown in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, expresses its heritage on the Musso Family vineyard in the hills of El Dorado County. Harvested at perfect ripeness with yields restricted to less than 5 pounds per vine, the two specially selected Italian clones offer bright red fruits and a touch of French oak in the nose.
