    Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

    Quadraphonic, a predecessor to surround sound, used four speakers to engulf the listener in music. Our version uses four varietals to immerse the palate with elegant and inviting aromas. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, this blend shows currant and cedar aromas, bolstered by choclatey Merlot, violet-tinged Cabernet Franc, and rich, earthy Syrah. On the mouth, the wine is full-bodied, balanced, and smooth with a lingering finish.
